Meth testing in Albury-Wodonga
Albury and Wodonga sit on either side of the Murray, which means two sets of state rules for one local market. We sample across both cities and the surrounding Riverina and North East Victoria.
For Albury properties, NSW disclosure rules apply; for Wodonga, Victorian rules apply. Your report is the same either way: NIOSH 9111 sampling compared with the national 0.5 µg/100 cm² guideline.

New South Wales rules to know
Since 23 March 2020, a NSW landlord or agent must tell a prospective tenant if they know the property has been used to manufacture or cultivate a prohibited drug or prohibited plant in the last two years. Failing to disclose a material fact can give the tenant grounds to end the lease or seek compensation.
There is still no NSW requirement to test. Testing gives owners and agents evidence of what they knew and when, and a clear report protects both sides if a dispute reaches the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
