NATA accredited, No. 20837

Every surface keeps a record.

Surface sampling for meth, cocaine, fentanyl and other drug residues, plus mould, asbestos and lead. For homeowners, landlords, buyers and businesses, Australia wide.

What a walkthrough misses, a sample finds.

Drug residue has no smell and leaves no stain. Our technicians wipe-sample walls, benches and ducts using the NIOSH 9111 method, so you get numbers, not guesses.

Meth is where testing starts, not where it stops.

We sample for the drugs themselves and for the precursor chemicals that point to manufacture, not just use.

Questions we get every week.

All questions answered

How do I know if my property needs meth residue testing?

Test if the property may have been used as a clandestine lab, if previous tenants were suspected of drug use, or if you notice strong chemical smells or unexplained staining. Many buyers and landlords also test between tenancies or before settlement as a matter of course.

Why does NATA accreditation matter?

NATA accreditation confirms that sampling meets ISO/IEC 17025 for accuracy and reliability. It gives your results weight with insurers, tribunals and buyers. We were the first company in Australia accredited for methamphetamine sampling.

Do you clean or remediate contaminated properties?

No. We only sample and test, which keeps our results independent. If decontamination is needed, your report gives a remediator a clear starting point.

Where do you work?

Every state and territory, from Darwin to Hobart. If your area isn't listed above, call 1300 373 785 and we'll arrange it.

What is a safe level of meth in a house?

Australia's residential guideline is 0.5 µg/100 cm², from the national clandestine drug laboratory remediation guidelines. Above it, a detailed assessment and usually remediation are recommended. Read the guide.

Are DIY meth test kits accurate?

As a screen, yes: a negative is a good indication meth is absent. Kits don't measure how much is present and aren't accepted by insurers, so confirm positives with accredited testing. Compare kits and professional testing.
