Meth testing in Bendigo
Bendigo serves a wide region of central Victoria, with a strong rental market around the CBD, the university and the hospital. We sample in Bendigo and towns across the Loddon and Campaspe.
Older miners' cottages and Victorian-era homes are common here. If you are planning renovations, ask about lead paint and asbestos sampling too.

Victoria rules to know
Victorian rental providers must disclose, before a rental agreement is signed, if they know the property has been used for the trafficking or cultivation of a drug of dependence in the last five years. Rentals must also meet the state's rental minimum standards.
Victoria does not require a meth test before sale or lease. A clear sampling report is the simplest way for a rental provider to show they have taken reasonable care, and for a buyer to rule out a costly surprise.
See meth contamination laws by state. General information only, not legal advice.
